There is a small minimum charge of £5 a month for the Salesforce application. To review our packages go to the pricing page in the main menu.

Implementation time depends on a number of variables such as number of data sources, customer journeys, feature requirements and volume of data.

The MyLife Digital CMP does not store any personal data. Whether you are using Salesforce or another system to surface the consents and preferences, we use a unique identifier (URN) that matches the consent data to the personal data, but with only consent data stored on the CMP.

No. The application is non-native because consent and preference needs to be managed across multiple systems and touchpoints. Being non-native allows for the MyLife Digital CMP to be utilised in all digital environments
