We get asked this question a lot and there are a number of ways to answer. In short, it is do with why the AppExchange exists. Customers opt for our tool to gain benefits in implementation, expertise, additional features, speed, ongoing support and efficiencies. Implementation time depends on a number of variables such as number of data sources, customer journeys, feature requirements and volume of data.

The MyLife Digital CMP does not store any personal data. Whether you are using Salesforce or another system to surface the consents and preferences, we use a unique identifier (URN) that matches the consent data to the personal data, but with only consent data stored on the CMP.

No. The application is non-native because consent and preference needs to be managed across multiple systems and touchpoints. Being non-native allows for the MyLife Digital CMP to be utilised in all digital environments
